ABOUT 44 BREATHWORK

As the leader of a copywriting team for a prolific online marketer, I knew a thing or two about the ebbs and flows of launching and its physical impact.

At busy times, my brain would get sludgy from overuse (AKA "launch brain"). Decision-making would be difficult. My sleep and workouts would suffer. If I was extra tired, my eyelids would start to twitch.

And I was okay with it all.

Until the time I stopped going, going, going, and my body rebelled. When I found myself stuck in bed for the first 5 days of a 10-day vacation, I knew I needed a better way to handle my stress.

Desperate to keep my mind occupied, I did a lot of guided meditations and was drawn again and again to the ones with a breathwork element. So I started exploring further when I got back from out of town.

I loved how great I felt by adding just a little breathwork to my day. This stuff was magic! I could use it to perk myself up in the morning... or to help relax before bed... or even to make hellacious Miami traffic more tolerable!

But no one else I knew was doing it.

I decided to get certified as a breathwork coach so I could share the power of this incredible practice with other people. I'm also a licensed Heart Centered facilitator, a certified menopause coach, and a MindBodyGreen-certified life coach.
