Science-backed breathwork for busy people who have tried everything else.

It's 3 PM.
You've already had two coffees and something from the pantry you'd rather not think about. Your brain is sludgy. Your inbox is laughing at you. You've got two more hours before you can even consider stopping, and zero left in the tank to get there.
That's not a discipline problem. That's what happens when a capable person runs a nervous system that nobody ever taught them how to manage.
You've tried the things. The supplements. The sleep hygiene tips that assume you're already a calm person. The apps you open twice and abandon. The productivity hacks that somehow create more to-do list than they eliminate.
And underneath all of it, there's this thing you almost never say out loud:
"I just want to feel like myself again."Your breath is the only tool that's with you 24/7, costs nothing, and can change how you feel in under three minutes. It directly controls your nervous system: your stress response, your energy, your ability to think clearly and sleep deeply.
The problem isn't that breathwork doesn't work. It's that nobody taught you how to use it.
That's what the Breathing & Balance Hub is for.
A science-backed breathwork membership for busy professionals who want to feel better, without overhauling their lives, their schedules, or their personalities.
No crystals required. No 60-minute commitments. No pressure to become a "wellness person."
None of this requires hours you don't have. Just a few minutes of the ones you do.
Watch: What the Breathing & Balance Hub is and how it works
A library that keeps growing, covering everything your nervous system might need on any given day.
Techniques for energy when you're dragging. Techniques for calm when you're spiraling. Techniques for focus when your brain has 31 tabs open. Techniques for sleep when your thoughts have decided 11 PM is the perfect time to review every awkward thing you've ever said.
Sessions run from 2 minutes to almost an hour. Because sometimes you've got 90 seconds between meetings, and sometimes you have a Sunday afternoon and a candle.
Every month, a fresh guided breathwork experience drops in the Hub: longer, more immersive, and designed to create the kind of reset that actually sticks.
Past journeys have covered burnout recovery, peak performance, vitality, grief, courage, and more. These aren't just relaxation sessions. They work on the nervous system level, which means you feel it.
Every month, I go deep on a topic that matters to your energy, your health, or your capacity to function like a human being. Past trainings have covered sleep optimization, nervous system mastery, energy tracking, habit creation, functional breathing, and more.
Think of it as getting nerdy in the best possible way: science you can actually use, delivered without jargon.
This is the part people don't expect.
Once a month, you get a full day of direct access to me via Voxer, the voice messaging app. Ask me anything. Tell me what's not working. Get personalized feedback on your technique, your routine, your stress, your sleep, your energy. Whatever you need.
No scheduling. No waiting weeks for an appointment. Just real, personal guidance from someone who actually knows your situation, every single month, included in your membership.
Every member gets access to the Breathing & Balance GPT, a custom AI I built specifically for breathwork and nervous system support. It knows the techniques. It knows the science. And it's available at 3 AM when you can't sleep, at noon when you're spiraling before a presentation, or any other moment when you need to know: what do I do right now?
Tell it how you're feeling. It'll tell you exactly what to do. No guessing, no googling, no scrolling through a library trying to remember which technique is for anxiety versus which one is for energy.
It's like having a breathwork coach in your pocket, because you literally do.
Ready to feel different in two minutes?
Get access now →Specific breathwork techniques can upregulate your nervous system and increase oxygenation to your brain fast. A natural boost that doesn't come with jitters, a crash, or the vague guilt of your fourth coffee.
Down-regulating breathwork is one of the most direct signals you can send to your nervous system that it's safe to rest. Members regularly tell me their sleep changed within the first week.
When your nervous system is regulated, your brain works better. Decision-making, creativity, focus: all of it improves. And you can create that state in a few minutes, from anywhere.
Difficult conversation coming up? Stressful day? Inbox that looks like a crime scene? Breathwork gives you a tool you can use in the moment, not just in a meditation app at 6 AM when everything is already fine.
You don't have to do everything. That's the whole point.
Maybe on Monday morning you do a 5-minute energy session before you start work. Maybe Wednesday you're feeling anxious before a client call and you open the GPT, type "I'm nervous and need to calm down fast," and do what it tells you. Maybe Friday you catch the new monthly deep dive while you're having lunch. And on the weekend, if you have an hour and some peace and quiet, you do the monthly journey.
And on your Voxer day, you can check in with me directly: ask about what you've been practicing, what you want to work on, or anything else on your mind.
Some weeks you'll use it every day. Some weeks you'll use it once. Both are fine. This is a tool, not a homework assignment.

Candice Lazar, Esq.
I'm a recovering attorney with two advanced degrees and a deeply Type A personality. For years I led a copywriting team for a top online marketing brand, which meant living in the permanent chaos of launch cycles and ignoring what my body was trying to tell me.
Twitching eyelids. Regular brain fog. That tired-but-wired feeling you can't shake no matter how much you sleep.
I chalked it up to passion. Commitment. Giving it my all.
Until my body said absolutely not. I spent the first five days of a ten-day vacation stuck in bed, and I realized that "pushing through" had finally caught up with me.
While I waited for my meds to kick in, I found breathwork. Not through some spiritual awakening, through desperation and a guided meditation app. But I kept coming back to the sessions with the breathwork element. Because I felt different afterward. Noticeably, measurably different.
When I got home, I went deep. I got certified as a breathwork coach, then as a menopause coach, then as a life coach. I trained in nervous system regulation and somatic resilience. I became a licensed Heart-Centered Facilitator.
But more than any of that: I'm a woman who knows exactly what it's like to be over-functioning and running on empty, and who built a system to help you stop doing that.

You don't need a perfect morning routine. You don't need 45 minutes of quiet. You don't need to become a different kind of person.
You just need a few minutes and your breath. I've got the rest.
Keep breathing,
Candice
