About Candice

I'm a recovering attorney with two advanced degrees and a deeply Type A personality. For years I led a copywriting team for a top online marketing brand, which meant living in the permanent chaos of launch cycles and ignoring what my body was trying to tell me.

Twitching eyelids. Regular brain fog. That tired-but-wired feeling you can't shake no matter how much you sleep.

I chalked it up to passion. Commitment. Giving it my all.

Until my body said absolutely not. I spent the first five days of a ten-day vacation stuck in bed, and I realized that "pushing through" had finally caught up with me.

While I waited for my meds to kick in, I found breathwork. Not through some spiritual awakening, through desperation and a guided meditation app. But I kept coming back to the sessions with the breathwork element. Because I felt different afterward. Noticeably, measurably different.

When I got home, I went deep. I got certified as a breathwork coach, then as a menopause coach, then as a life coach. I trained in nervous system regulation and somatic resilience. I became a licensed Heart-Centered Facilitator.
