That’s how I found breathwork – while I was recovering in bed. Intrigued by how much better it made me feel, I started exploring further when I got back. I loved how great I felt by adding just a little to my day.
Breathing is more nuanced than you might expect, and I wanted to share the power of breathwork with other people responsibly. I decided to get certified as a coach… and discovered a few other interests in the process.
I'm also a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, a licensed Heart Centered facilitator, a certified menopause coach, and a MindBodyGreen-certified life coach.
I've had the pleasure of training dozens of students and clients through breathwork journeys like we’ll do during this event, 1:1 coaching, and my courses and membership.
